Year 2

Welcome to Year 2!

 

Our Class Teacher is Mr Tinker and our Teaching Assistant is Mrs Peake.

 

If you have any questions about Year 2 please don't hesitate to ask.

 

Here are a few reminders for Year 2:

  • Reading books will be changed on a Friday, as well as an online e-book via our Oxford Owl Library. 
  • In Year 2, we expect children to read at least 3 times a week at home with an adult. This needs to be signed each time in their reading records.
  • Homework will be set via Class Dojo every Friday and this is to be completed in homework books that have been sent home. The children will also be set spellings on Spelling Shed and we will complete our spelling test the following week. 
  • Our PE days are Monday and Thursday. On these days, children can come to school in their PE kits.
